“I bought it to stop replacing pans. Two years in, eggs still slide and it goes in the dishwasher every night.”

The full description
What it's made of

Forged titanium bonded straight onto a 2.1 mm forged aluminium core — one material, not a coating sprayed on top. Stainless handle, riveted, oven safe to 260°C.

Care, and the one rule

Dishwasher, metal utensils, scouring pad — all fine. Don't heat it empty. That's the only real rule.

Shipping and returns

Canada 2–5 business days, US 3–7, free over $120 and tracked. Sixty days to send it back, used or unused, return postage on us. Lifetime warranty on the body.

The egg test

A dry pan.
No butter, no oil.

That is the whole claim, and it is the one worth watching rather than reading. It still does this after five hundred dishwasher cycles.

What a pan is for

Three things, done properly.

Tap any of the three to see what it actually means.

Release

Food leaves the pan every time, on a dry surface, without fat. Not because something is sprayed on top of it — because the forged titanium is the surface, so there is no coating to wear through.

Retain

A 2.1 mm forged aluminium base holds its heat when a cold steak hits it, instead of dropping temperature and steaming what you put in. It is why a thin pan browns unevenly and this one doesn't.

Endure

Five hundred dishwasher cycles, metal utensils and the oven to 260°C, with release measured at no meaningful loss. The body is warrantied for life against warping and handle failure.

The actual problem

When the coating goes,
the whole pan goes.

Sprayed non-stick is a layer sitting on top of a pan. It wears, it scratches, it starts to grab — and there is nothing to repair, so you buy another one. Most people do this every two years without ever deciding to.

Nothing sprayed on, so nothing to flake off

Metal utensils and the dishwasher can't shorten its life

No seasoning, no re-oiling, no drying ritual

One pan instead of five over ten years

Life

Warranty on the body.

“Two years in. Eggs still slide on a dry pan and it has been through the dishwasher most nights.”

Priya M.  ·  Verified purchase

Release performance remaining after the equivalent of five years of normal home use. Independently tested to EN 12983-1, March 2026, on a standard egg protocol at cycle 1 and cycle 500. Non-stick comparison based on published manufacturer replacement guidance of 2–3 years.

The real price

Ten years with one pan.

A pan is not a $125 decision. It's a decision about how many pans you buy between now and 2036.

Week one  ·  It just works

No seasoning, no curing, no breaking in. Eggs release on a dry pan the first time you try it.

$125 spent.  An ordinary non-stick pan: $45.

Year two  ·  The usual replacement year

This is when a sprayed coating starts to grab and most people quietly buy a new pan. Nothing changes here.

Still $125.  Ordinary non-stick, second pan: $90.

Year five  ·  Still the one you reach for

Five hundred dishwasher cycles, metal utensils, the oven. Release measured at no meaningful loss.

Still $125.  Ordinary non-stick, third pan: $180.

Year ten  ·  Warranty still standing

The body is covered for life against warping and handle failure. If it fails, we replace it.

Still $125.  Ordinary non-stick, fifth pan: $225.

$125 once, or $225 in pans you throw away.

Assumes a $45 non-stick pan replaced every two years, which is the manufacturer's own guidance.

The honest comparison is not against cast iron. It's against the non-stick pan you already replace every two years.

Before you buy

Frequently asked.

Which size should I start with?

The 24 for one or two people on most nights. Add the 28 when the table fills up — or buy The Pair and save $30. One portion in a 28 steams instead of searing, so don't start there.

Do I need to season it?

No. There is no curing step and no oil film to maintain. Unbox it, heat it on medium, cook.

Can I really put it in the dishwasher?

Yes, and metal utensils are fine too. We tested release at cycle 1 and again at cycle 500 with no measurable loss.

Will it work on my hob?

Gas, electric, ceramic and induction. The forged base is flat and stays flat.

How long does shipping take?

Canada 2–5 business days, US 3–7. Free over $120, and every order is tracked.

What if I don't like it?

Sixty days to send it back, used or unused. We pay the return postage and refund in full.

What does the warranty cover?

The body, for life — warping, handle failure and loss of release under normal home use.
