Two to five days in Canada. Three to seven in the US. Orders ship from Ontario, and you'll get a tracking number when yours leaves.

We ship to Canada and the United States. If you're somewhere else, write to us and we'll see what's possible.

Returns

Sixty days, used or unused. Cook on it first — that's the point.

The sixty days start the day it arrives. Write to us with your order number and we'll reply with how to send it back. The original box is the easiest way to ship it, but any sturdy box works.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with once the pan reaches us.

If something went wrong

If it arrived damaged, write to us with your order number and a photo.

If an order hasn't moved in a week, write to us. Someone reads everything that comes in and answers within two working days.
