Built to last

Tired of replacing pans?

Most non-stick is a soft coating on metal. It wears thin, food sticks, and you buy another pan. The Pure Pan has nothing on top to wear off.

  • Metal utensils

  • Dishwasher safe

  • Won't peel or flake

  • Lifetime warranty

Other pans

Every pan makes you choose.

Tap a pan to see what goes wrong.

Easy at first, then it wears out.

  • The coating scratches and wears thin
  • Silicone tools, hand-washing, low heat
  • Made with PTFE, part of the PFAS family

The Pure Pan doesn't make you choose. It's non-stick, it's tough like stainless, and there's nothing to season.

What touches your food

Nothing on top to wear off into your food.

A worn coating comes off into your food, a little at a time. The Pure Pan's cooking surface is 100% titanium, fused into the steel.

  • No PTFE (Teflon)

  • No PFAS or PFOA

  • No BPA, lead or cadmium

How it's made

Four layers. Nothing sprayed on.

Tap a layer to see what it does.

EverBond™ titanium surfaceWhat your food touches

100% titanium, fused into the steel through molecular infusion. It isn't sprayed or painted on, so there's nothing to peel or flake.

18/10 stainless steelFood-grade steel

Steel that doesn't react with food. Tomato sauce tastes like tomato sauce.

Aluminum coreEven heat

A layer of aluminum inside the steel spreads heat evenly across the pan, so there are no hot spots.

430 magnetic stainless baseWorks on induction

Works on induction, gas, electric and ceramic stovetops. It's also why a magnet sticks to the bottom.

Light to lift

Pan too heavy to lift?

Less than half the weight of cast iron. The aluminum core spreads heat evenly, so it doesn't need the extra metal.

Customer photo review of Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

We bought the 12 inch because we were having to cook dinner in two rounds. It's much better having the room. I do have to use both hands with it full, but I expected that. Really nice pan for getting everything onto the plates.

Customer photo review of Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

I work odd hours, so my meals aren't always at the same time as everyone else's. The little Pure Pan is very handy for making something for myself without bringing out our big skillet. It cleans quickly enough that I don't leave it waiting for the morning.

Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

Customer photo review of Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

We got the bigger size because our meals were getting cramped in the one we had. Really glad we did. There's enough room to turn things without them piling on each other. It's substantial, but comfortable to hold. We've been using it plenty and the inside washes clean without much work, even after a full dinner.

Customer photo review of Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

I bought mine for our induction hob after checking it would work. No problems using it here and it feels stable while stirring. I don't have to keep turning things round to catch a hot part. Been a good addition to the kitchen, and we like the look of it too.

Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

Customer photo review of Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

Our old frying pan had a rough edge that kept catching the dish cloth. This one feels nicely finished all round. It sounds a small detail, but it's made washing much easier, and the food release has been good too.

Customer photo review of Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

I had bought a Hexclad a while back and liked using it, but didn't enjoy cleaning it after some meals. I haven't thrown it away. The pure pan has just become what I reach for more often. A little oil and it works nicely for me. Feels solid too. I'm not claiming I've tested them side by side or anything, this is just which one I end up using at home.

Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

Customer photo review of Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

I'm retired and usually cooking for myself now. For years I'd get out a large heavy pan because that was what I owned, then wash the whole thing for a small lunch. My daughter suggested buying a smaller one and I chose this. It's been a good idea. The handle feels secure and I find it comfortable to move around. I use a little butter or oil as usual and wash by hand. Not much else to report. It does what I need and doesn't feel like a struggle to use.

Customer photo review of Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

I was interested in cookware made without PFAS and wasn't sure what to buy. Decided on this and have been pleased with the cooking. It feels solid and isn't fiddly to wash afterwards. I still use a little oil so I'm not expecting food to float about on a dry surface.

Customer photo review of Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

Hadn't used a pan like this before. I usually buy the inexpensive nonstick ones, so the feel was quite different out of the box. I like the weight now I'm cooking in it, it stays where I put it and feels steady when I serve.

Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

Customer photo review of Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

After three months I'm still happy with the pan. Not trying to prove anything, just using it for the same food we normally eat. The food releases well and cleaning it hasn't become harder. That was what annoyed me with my last pan.

Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

Customer photo review of Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

We'd had our old pan for longer than it deserved. I was worried a better replacement might be more work to use, but that hasn't happened. This has been easy for the dinners we normally cook, and cleaning has been straightforward too.

Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

Customer photo review of Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

We have very little counter space, so I don't buy cookware lightly. The small pan has proved useful for lunches and smaller dinners, and it washes easily enough that it doesn't spend days taking up the sink.

Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

Customer photo review of Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

My wife and I share cooking. We both like the pan even though we're usually fussy about different things. She likes the weight and I like how quickly I can get it clean. Didn't need to change our meals or get special tools, which is good.

Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

Customer photo review of Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

I bought a different shape of frying pan years ago that always annoyed me tipping food out. This one has a comfortable handle and a rim that makes serving easier. Nice to get everything onto the plates without an awkward last bit in the pan.

Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

Customer photo review of Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

I got mine for a kitchenette with only two rings. I was quite careful about the size, and the one I chose has been useful without getting in the way of the other pan. Good food release, quick to wash too.

Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

Customer photo review of Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

Salmon browned well and lifted out without falling to bits. I had the pan warm and used a little oil. Usually I end up with half the dinner still in my stainless pan, so this made me happy.

Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

Customer photo review of Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

I have a bad habit of buying kitchen things for a meal I imagine making, then never using them. This was different. I needed an everyday pan, and it has been used for everyday cooking, which makes me happy.

Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

Customer photo review of Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

I bought this to use with the induction plate in our spare kitchen. Been really handy while the main kitchen's getting work done. Food cooks evenly, doesn't stick much with some oil, and it's quick to wash by hand.

Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

Customer photo review of Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

I nearly gave up on it after the first cook. Tried again a few days later with lower heat and a little butter and it was much better. It's now part of our regular cooking, so I'm happy I kept it. Took a little adjusting on my part.

Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

Customer photo review of Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

The pan is a lot nicer than what I had before. My old one wasn't terrible at the start but got progressively more frustrating to use. I kept postponing replacing it. This has been easy to cook in and feels more solid. Food lifts out well with some oil and washing it usually takes very little work. I'm only a few weeks in, but I'm glad I stopped putting up with the old one.

Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

Customer photo review of Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

My old cast iron isn't going anywhere. I love it, but sometimes I want to make lunch without getting that weight out or thinking about the cleanup. The small Pure Pan has been great for that. I use a little oil, cook, wash it and put it away. I didn't buy this expecting to replace everything in the cupboard. It fills a gap and I've used it more than I expected.

Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

Customer photo review of Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

Used it for fish last night and actually got the pieces onto the plate in one piece. I'm not very good at that normally! Was enough to make me come and write a review. It's been nice for the less delicate things I've cooked too, but that was the meal I was particularly pleased about.

Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

Customer photo review of Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

I bought the little pan when I started making lunch at home. I was tired of heating a huge skillet for very small meals. It has turned out to be convenient and easy enough to wash straight away, so it doesn't sit taking up the sink.

Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

Customer photo review of Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

About two months in and still very pleased. There's usually not much left stuck on, so I can wash it quickly. Mine's had the odd go in the dishwasher as well. I'm not very careful about what utensils I use, and I haven't had any problems with the surface.

Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

Customer photo review of Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

Our old pan was very thin and I always had to hold the handle while stirring. I didn't realise how irritating that was until using this. The extra weight feels reassuring on the stove, even though it's more noticeable when carrying a full pan to the sink.

Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

Customer photo review of Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

I bought the small pan for when I'm on my own. It's handy for making something without dragging out the larger ones and there's very little to wash after. Quite liked the look of the big size too but this was the one I actually needed. No complaints with it.

Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

Customer photo review of Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

I made pancakes for the first time in it this morning. Used my normal butter and had a much easier time turning them than in our old pan. Very little stuck afterwards. They looked good enough that everyone assumed I'd improved my cooking!

Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

Customer photo review of Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

I almost returned mine after the first weekend. I'd expected it to be exactly like the nonstick pan I had before and wasn't pleased with the sticking. Put it away for a few days, then gave it another try with less heat and a bit of oil. Much better. That isn't a dramatic story but it made the difference for me. I use it most evenings now. Still have other pans I like, this hasn't replaced every single thing. But I'm glad I didn't send it back before giving myself a little time to get used to it.

Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

Customer photo review of Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

Bought the 10 inch after measuring the ring on our little cooker. I'm glad I did that rather than guessing, because it fits comfortably beside the saucepan. There's enough room for our dinner and I can still use the rest of the stove.

Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

Customer photo review of Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

I bought the little one for breakfast while the rest of the house is asleep. A bit of butter, some eggs, and it has been easy to get everything onto the plate. Washing it before anyone else gets up is no longer an annoying extra job.

Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

Customer photo review of Pure Pan — Titanium Non-Stick Frying Pan

I have a Caraway pan I still like using. This has been a useful addition rather than a grand replacement of everything. It feels solid and I like how the food releases. Usually wash it by hand as there isn't much stuck on it. Been reaching for it more and more.

Questions

Before you buy.

Still have a question? Email us and a real person will reply within a day.

Is it as slippery as Teflon?

Not quite. It's non-stick, but brand-new Teflon is more slippery. It doesn't need the pool of oil a stainless pan does. A few drops is enough.

Do I need to season it?

No. There's no seasoning and no break-in. Cook on medium heat with a few drops of oil, like any non-stick pan.

Does it have a coating?

No. The titanium is fused into the steel through molecular infusion. It isn't sprayed or painted on like Teflon or ceramic non-stick, so there's nothing to peel or flake.

Is the whole pan made of titanium?

No, and that's on purpose. The cooking surface is 100% titanium. Under it is stainless steel with an aluminum core, which spreads the heat. The base is magnetic stainless steel, so it works on induction. That's why a magnet sticks to the bottom.

Can I use metal utensils and the dishwasher?

Yes to both. Metal spatulas, whisks and tongs are fine, and it's dishwasher safe. It also rinses clean by hand in seconds.

Does it work on induction? Can it go in the oven?

It works on gas, electric, ceramic and induction stovetops. The pan is oven safe up to 500°F. The glass lid is for the stovetop only.

Does it come assembled?

You attach the handle and the lid knob when it arrives. It takes about a minute.

What if I don't like it?

Cook with it for 30 days. If you don't love it, send it back for a refund. It doesn't need to be unused. Every pan also has a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.
